Step 3: Approve Label & Order Coffee

Thanks for completing Steps 1 and 2. We're now on to Step 3 of four steps; we're almost done!

By now, you’ve a.) chosen your coffee, b.) selected your grind preference (Whole Bean, Standard Grind, Coarse Grind, or Espresso), and submitted that information plus your custom label name(s) to get a custom label on your coffee.

How does the label approval and ordering process work?

Now that you’ve completed the first two steps, here is how we cross the finish line together:

  • Review Your Proofs: We’ll email you a digital preview of your custom label for your final review and approval.
  • Receive Your Secure Password: Once you reply with an approval, we’ll send you a unique, private password.
  • Log In & Place Your Order: Use your password to unlock your custom order page on our site, choose your bag quantities and complete your purchase.

Am I committed to buying once I reach Step 3?

Not until you’re 100% happy. Submitting your coffee choices and name list simply allows us to design your custom label proofs. You are under no obligation to purchase until you review your proofs, approve the artwork, and log in with your password to check out.

Why do I need a special password to complete my order?

Because your labels are crafted specifically for your group, your password unlocks a private order portal created just for you. This ensures no one else can either see or order your personalized designs and keeps your project clean, secure, and ready for fast checkout.

What happens as soon as I approve my proofs?

As soon as you give us the thumbs-up on your label proofs, we will submit your label design for a complaince check with the FDA rules group (they verify that everything that is needed for a food product like coffee is correct). The FDA rules group normally takes about 24 hours.  As soon as we receive their approval, we'll issue your unique password. You can then log in at your convenience to our site, select your final bag count, and place your order securely.

Step 2: Name Your Coffee

    Once your coffee (and grind) are selected, we’ll ask for your recipient’s name (and probably yours too) to create fun coffee name ideas they'll enjoy on the coffee-bag label. Pick your favorite from the options and we’ll create a custom label artwork sample featuring your chosen name.

    Review the custom label artwork proof we send you, then respond to our email with your approval and we'll assign a unique part number (SKU) and provide you with a private, secure ordering link made specifically for your coffee and recipient.

Step 4. Roast & Ship

    When you receive email notification from us that your delicious custom-label coffee is ready to be ordered, use the provided link details to access our order page, order your coffee via your private link, add your recipient details and checkout. All orders ship within 24 hours of roasting and include free ground freight to anywhere in the U.S.
