Let us show you how the custom-name labels process works

It’s easy! You don't need to be a creative genius or spend hours designing a label. We'll do that.  Once you've selected your coffee and grind from Step 1, simply provide us with a list of the names for your gift recipient(s)—either their first or last names work great; even nicknames are fun. We’ll pair the name with a classic coffee suffix like Brew, Coffee, Java, or another fun nickname (e.g., “Miller’s Brew” or “Sarah’s Morning Java”).

We handle all the formatting to ensure every bag's label brings a smile to their face—even before their very first sip!

Can we print a company logo or custom artwork on the bags?

We keep things simple and fast by focusing strictly on custom-text naming.

Corporate logos and custom image releases often involve complex IP permissions and weeks of paperwork back and forth. To ensure your order is processed quickly, delivered fresh and completely hassle-free, we do not upload or print third-party logos or graphics to our labels. Your personalized text creates a clean, fun, memorable custom label that feels thoughtful and personal without any administrative headaches.

What if I have a specific coffee nickname in mind for someone?

If you already have a preferred nickname for a recipient—just include it alongside your recipient list! As long as it relies on text rather than trademarked brand logos, we’ll gladly apply it to their custom label for the coffee bag.

What if I just want to send coffee without a custom name?

No problem at all! If you prefer a clean, unified look, we can use a standard default blend title for your entire shipment. Just let us know your preference when submitting your recipient details.
